Psychodiagnostic Evaluation
** At this time, I am not providing Psychodiagnostic evaluation services.
Please check back later for an update. **
Psychodiagnostic evaluations are conducted for a variety of reasons. You may require an evaluation at the request of your school or job, or to clarify a diagnosis that will guide appropriate treatment planning and interventions.
The evaluation process is tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. Typically, the entire process takes approximately 8 to 10 hours, spread across four or five sessions, with each session lasting approximately two hours.
The evaluation comprises several steps. It starts with an intake interview, where we gather information about your concerns, psychosocial history, and relevant medical and psychological background. Structured assessments are then used to identify potential diagnoses. Finally, upon completion of the evaluation, a feedback session will be scheduled to discuss the findings, including your strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations. The comprehensive report will be provided as requested during this session.
Psychodiagnostic evaluations can help identify:
ADHD (formerly known as ADD)
Learning Disorders (e.g., dyslexia)
Academic Strengths and Weaknesses
Cognitive Abilities
How much does it cost?
The cost of a psychodiagnostics evaluation typically ranges from $3,000 to $4,000.
How long will I have to wait to receive the completed report?
The report is usually completed within 3 to 4 weeks once the evaluation process is finished. Once ready, I will contact you to schedule a feedback session where we will review the evaluation results, discuss your strengths and weaknesses, and explore recommendations.
Will this evaluation determine if I have ADHD?
Please keep in mind that whether the evaluation reveals an ADHD diagnosis depends entirely on your presentation and functioning. A diagnosis is not guaranteed as a result of the evaluation.
